We offer free shipping for orders over $99 in Canada.
Local delivery is available in the Ottawa region.
Please, allow 7-21 business days depending on the destination. If you need to place a rush on your order please, contact us to confirm.
Note that import duties and taxes may be charged by the destination country and you are responsible for paying these charges. All customs policies vary from country to country. Check with your local customs office for more information.

Returns
Changed your mind or not fully satisfied with your purchase? Don’t worry, we are here to help.
We will gladly accept returns of merchandise by mail within 15 days of the delivery date. However, items marked as Sale can not be returned. Your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it. Please, note that SisiMuj is not responsible for any damages or losses that may occur during the delivery process and shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling costs to return the item. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the refund. Please, make sure you get tracking on your returns so that proof of delivery can be verified. No returns allowed after 15 days.
Due to the nature of these items, no returns will be accepted on gift cards, jewelry and custom-made items. Clearance and sale items are final.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your method of payment or credit card issuer's policies.
